Master John Huh
Our Founder, Master Huh, started training in the Art of Taekwondo in 1976, learning under 9th Dan Grand Master Sam Park — the Founding Father of Taekwondo in Canada. During his training, Master Huh competed across southern Ontario, Canada, and the United States, winning numerous championships.
In 1985 he expanded his martial arts studies into Greco Roman Wrestling and Judo, winning amateur championships in both disciplines. His Taekwondo teaching career began in 1987, and he has since personally trained thousands of students.
Master Huh's "Hands On" approach means every student — young or old, beginner or advanced — is taught and personally overseen by him, with daily emphasis on Respect, Discipline, and Humility.
